Balkrishna Bhakre is a Civil Engineer by profession has vast experience of 25+ years as a successful business person in the diversified fields including Real Estate, Fertilizers and Information Technology industry. He completed his bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 1987.

Before establishing Deven Group of companies in 2010, he had partnerships in various firms and prestigious projects in Maharashtra, India. He is a active member of CREDAI Aurangabad.

As a result of his passion to provide unique experience to his customers, recently Deven Group has launched Esmeralde, a European style exclusive living community project which is also considered to be Marathwada's IGBC precertified green building project.
